Write if a fact in an entry is wrong or out of date, if a hotel has closed or changed its name, or if you have a question about how the list was put together. Corrections are checked and, where they hold up, made.
What we cannot do
- Make, change or cancel bookings — we are not an agent for any hotel.
- Quote or match room rates.
- Handle refunds, complaints about a stay, or disputes with a casino.
- Sell positions or placements in the ranking. Offers of payment go unanswered.
If gambling is causing harm
Support is free and confidential in most places. Search for the gambling helpline run by your country's or region's health service, or ask your doctor; casino hotels are also required in many jurisdictions to display local support details on site.
